Driven by sheer determination, Luana set her sights on joining the FPIA (Federal Protection and Investigation Agency), a government organization dedicated to enforcing federal laws. Her goal was clear: to dismantle criminal organizations and bring their leaders to justice. Through unwavering determination and a thirst for retribution, Luana eventually succeeded in joining the FPIA, where she was assigned to the branch tasked with dealing with criminal organizations.

Despite entering the FPIA consumed by hatred and a thirst for revenge, Luana emerged from her time there a changed woman. She seldom speaks of her experiences within the organization, but one thing is certain: when she made the decision to leave the FPIA and join the ASI (Administration for Security and Intelligence), she did so without a hint of regret. Luana openly admits that she did not achieve her goal of vengeance during her time with the FPIA. However, her reasons for abandoning this pursuit run deeper than mere failure.
