Occupation:  Starting Adventurer , Ex-Minion. 

Duba stayed in her tribe till the age of 7 (or 7 and a half). This was because she didn’t agreed to the role she was given by her fellow tribe’s mates. That being that she would have to birth many children to keep the tribe numbers high due to losses cause of violence. She ended up working as a minion for a human boss not to long after.

Her boss was not kind to her and very abusive and controlling in the sense that if she disobeyed or made a mistake, she’d be punished for it.  The type of punishment varied based on her mistake or what she refused to do.  One of the punishments she had the unfortunateness of undergoing was her master sending out his/her dogs on her.  The punishment resulted in her getting both facial and bodily scars,  but the most prominent damage she sustain was to her left ear, where a big chunk was torn off of. This punishment was the reason for her dislike towards dogs or canines in general, considering them nothing but savage beasts and doesn’t want to be near any of them. She will not be hesitant to defend herself with her life and kill if attacked by a dog.

After years of abuse , she started to complot plans and schemes to get back at her master and in some cases even thought of sadistic ways of torture and killing them.  However despite the many plots and schemes, she never actually went through with it. Back then she was completely aware of the fact that she has no where else to really go to if she did go through with it.  While it wasn’t a pretty life, it was a job that paid well and as long as she stayed on her boss’s good side, nothing bad would be happing to her.

She had given herself up to that mind-set, till her boss got a visitor.  This visitor noticed the broken state of her and offered her some words that as a result sparked the flames of defiance in the Goblins heart once more. This person made her realise that while the job pays well and she could live more comfortably , she isn’t HAPPY with it.  If she’s not happy with what she has ? nor is happy being with her boss , then she should go out and FIND that happiness that she desperately needed.  However after the visitor left ,  She didn’t leave straight away.  She remained a little longer with her boss,  but this time for an ulterior motive.  To get her pay.  The visitor made her realise that she honestly isn’t bound to the place, and that somewhere out there,  there is a place where she can truly be happy! That she can truly be the master of her own fate.  Of her own life.

With her recent payment of her minion duties, She got to work and bought herself some stuff she though she may need on her adventure.  Then when night fell,  and her boss is asleep , she took her chance and left her boss and her job as a minion  behind…
