Terms of Service

✦ If you are commissioning me, please make sure to include full resolution pictures of the character, or links to them! While doing so, please include any given detail for the commission, you can give me pictures or anything as a reference as well! There is nothing more time consuming than me contacting a commissioner about what exactly they want, when I could be already working on the piece! Keep in mind, it is your time, not mine!

✦ I am alright with gore/nsfw references and even with single pictures of the character! However keep in mind that if you'd like a full body piece, I will need a full body picture/reference! I am able to use traditional reference or picture, as long as you give me a digital colours I should use! Same goes for shaded references that are hard for picking colours, please give me a base colours for each section, and I am ready to work!

1. ✦ Waiting time per commission can vary depending on the complexity, type and the queue! A full quene may take from 3 weeks to 3 months. If it goes over the time limit, you will be contacted. You are welcome to check in and ask for any information at any given time, however updates are sent as soon as I have them. If you do not receive one, there is probably little to no progress at that time.

   [In case I don't contact you about the progress, make sure to check my trello for the updates as well, there can be a chance that I put some kind of update for everyone over there!]

2. ✦ I send the finished product via email, or I am able to give a link to the full resolution image. If you would like to receive the image any other way, then let me know beforehand.
3. ✦ Refunds are allowed only in those examples: You did not receive sketch or any message about starting of the progress on the commission for over a long period of time. You have a serious issue and a good reason for a refund. Or If I am unable to work in the piece in some way personally. Refunds will not be given, if any of those examples are not fulfilled! Please keep that in mind and don't commission me unless you can afford it!
4. ✦ My artwork is not for commercial use! However, rights can be purchased for a fee. By commissioning you agree that I may use your piece for advertising and portfolio work, and you may use or edit my work in any other way unless specified.
5. ✦ My commissions come with up to 3 changes of pose/ expression or anything you would need to have changed! However keep in mind, that if you'd like to change the pose or character in the middle of the process, I will include an extra fee for doing so! If you'd also like more changes than 3, then be aware that I will include an extra fee for each change!
