Lisa doesn't like conflict. I mean, she really hates conflict. I mean, literally nothing in the world makes her angrier than conflict--she could be described as "aggressively pacifist": if she witnesses a fight, she'll be the first to bodily break it up. Quick to anger and more than capable of beating you up, but her violent temper is only triggered by the violence of others. She just wants world peace and for everyone to be chill to each other, and she will not hesitate to physically engage with people who don't contribute to that. Lisa doesn't start fights--she finishes them.
When she's not being outraged about conflict, she's a laconic but fundamentally kind roo; she likes cooking huge hearty meals and instilling a sense of hypocritical but well-meaning pacifism in her juniors.
