micho in this universe will more than likely end up converting into something more akin to how non-foo/canon hiro would act. im thinking more morally ambiguous and evil though. him and makoto will end up partnering up at some point, though i dont see it being a perfect match-up like hiro & makoto for that reason (micho doesnt have the closeness to not, not betray makoto at some point lmao)
