Glyph was the son of a proeminent, but dishonest noble of the desert region. When an uprising caused the noble family to be destituted and seperated, Glyph couldn't bare to settle for a peasant's life and turned to fraud in order to make a living. Somewhere along the way, he picked up Tommy, whom he views as a little sister to protect, but also to use for his schemes. He's very charismatic and smart.
