Basics
- Vee is the subject of an experiment from a branch of Team Rocket to blend humans and Pokemon together to make extremely powerful living weapons.
- She is incredibly close with Nova due to them being purposefully placed together as "roommates" to encourage experiment results.
- Despite the efforts of the experiment, Vee continues to be weak and can only utilize minimal amounts of Pokemon abilities while under stress, or with extreme focus.
- Her personality is that of a socially awkward, blunt yet kind young child, marred with ongoing PTSD from active abuse. She switches from appearing to be a content preteen to intense spells of stress and dissociation fairly often.
