Kennedy is the leader of a very powerful association. He is infamous for his cruel ways of "bettering" people.

Inspired by a long since gone major war criminal, he adopted their ideals that culminate on the theory that people only get stronger through pain.
He does anything for the sake of this idea. Hurting people physically or mentally, all based on the thought that he believes it makes people stronger.
He enjoys it, but always focuses on the main goal of strengthening everyone.
