Ocland has not been kind to ponies of his kind. Ridden with radiation and body full of foreign parts, they travel the city with no real destination. The only thing they know is they cannot travel back. Back to where he had finally escaped. With an inability to be patient with others and a lack of empathy, he’s not seen as a very good travel companion.
