Hierazades

Old and kind of crotchety, slightly hard of hearing, has a tendency to talk past everyone and just keep going . . . he does get more "youthful" the longer he stays active and engaged though, so maybe he's just a slow starter? 

Creaks while he moves, at least for a little while. 

The skeletons on his shoulders talk, and they do so all the time. He largely ignores them, or maybe he can't hear them? The skulls on his legs have a tendency to rattle somewhat, too. 

Sits deep within the corrupted regions of Dalmacia, silently guarding a gate upon a remote island. No one really knows what he's guarding anymore. Secret treasure, perhaps? Or an entrance to the underworld? Or even a portal to another world . . . 

Is secretly an ancient hero, for all the good that's done for him. Which is to say, nothing. It hasn't done him any good, at all, ever.
