so is is Tippi Schunard, shes Ghost's crazy aunt!
shes a fortune teller/psychic but also runs a below ground bar for animals in NYC. (think- all dogs go to heaven-esque)
she knows all about ghost and his abilities and refuses to associate with him or be around him, but ghost doesnt know she exists. Barclay doesn't either
Felicity only knows about her because Tippi was trying to speak with her sister, Larson, and Jamie (larsons SO) after their death and came across only Felicity. Tippi made a deal with Felicity that she'd let her speak with her and hang around the bar when she needs a place to be, and in return, she doesn't tell ghost about tippi's existence.
tippi is fairly older, around 35years old, and decided that after the ghost incident, she wanted to look into physic stuff- but realized that wasn't enough for her- so she started up her bar for lost and sad creatures- they have cricket races and betting and anything a regular bar would.
shes albino also!! and sometimes has to pin her hair back in order to actually see. she can also be seen wearing black shades as to not scare off anyone with her bright red eyes.
