By purchasing a design or commission from me (milkteapuppy), you are agreeing to the following terms:
general terms
- These are digital products and no physical items will be shipped to you.
- Prices listed are for reference only, and may vary depending on level of detail or complexity.
- Artwork, species, and designs must not be used for any purpose related to NFTs, blockchains, cryptocurrency, and/or AI art/"learning" in any way.
- A licensing fee is required for any commercial use of my artwork. Please contact me directly to inquire about rates. Prints for one-off personal merchandise does not need a license or permission.
- You may not add your own Terms of Service/Conditions/etc onto designs that I have created. This includes but is not limited to "trade back" agreements.
payment & process
- Payment in USD$ by PayPal invoice is required before any work will be started. Sketches must be approved by the commissioner before work will be completed.
- Very detailed/complicated designs and/or props may have a complexity fee of up to 5$ - 10$.
- Refunds may be requested before work has begun. After a sketch has been sent, up to a 70% refund may be requested. Fully completed work cannot be refunded.
useage & posting
- My art, designs, and species may not be used to promote anything hateful, bigoted, etc.
- Reposting of completed commissioned artwork is permitted with credit to "milkteapuppy".
- You may directly edit my art/designs as long as a copy of the original artwork is still available, and both versions are credited to "milkteapuppy".
adopts & designs
- Customs, adopts, and designs made by me may be edited and/or have alternate cs/non-cs/etc forms. If you do create alt forms, please do not transfer them separately (individual TH tabs and/or profiles are fine).
- Official Poffin and Dæmin (Daemin) designs may not be voided or discontinued. You're free to make edits following species rules and create alternate cs/non-cs/etc forms.
- Please contact me before discontinuing any closed species designs I've created (this does not include designs I did not create but only redesigned/edited).
- You may not add your own Terms of Service/Conditions/etc onto designs that I have created. This includes but is not limited to "trade back" agreements.
