Lae is a young vessel who wanders in search of Lumaflies. As their duty, they have chosen to quietly keep the various lanterns around Hallownest lit. They are more thoroughly hollow, and instead express themselves through the use of different fabrics. They enjoy soft things of all calibers.

Design
- Lae is small, similar in stature to The Eternal Knight. Four horns branch out from their head in a sort of fan shape.
- A lumafly flutters around in their right eye socket most of the time.
- They love the color pink and fabrics with lots of different textures; though they have no need for an overcloak, they wear one anyways. Its made of multiple layers of lace-trimmed fabric.
- Their "tail" is a bag of all of their stuff, which they keep tied around their waist. The fabric itself is double-layered and filled with stuffing, to protect the bag's contents.
- They carry a crook with a lantern on the end, full of extra Lumaflies for the lanterns around Hallownest. The other end of the crook has a scythe blade for self-defense. A bow made of the same fabric as their cloak is tied to the top.
