she's a reaper/ferryman who guides suicide victims to the afterlife. she helps them cope with their emotions and gives them hope for a new life beyond death.

before becoming a reaper, she lived an unfulfilling and lonely life, which prompted her suicide attempt. she was met with regret but it was too late to seek help. not long after her death, she was guided by a reaper and accompanied by another suicide victim to travel to the world of the dead. fascinated by the reaper's work, overcome by empathy for her companion, and still seeking fulfillment, she pleads to the god of contracts for a job position. now, she is an apprentice of the reaper who guided her.

through sharing their stories of struggle and opening up to one another in vulnerability, both llama and the lost souls she guided found healing. new friendships are also formed as she maintains contact with the souls she aided. she has found inner peace and her passion for her work only grows stronger by the day.

from death, she has found that no life is meaningless.
