Design Terms of Use
You may only resell the adopt for the same price. (unless you have commissioned art or personal art of the character you can put that as an additional cost!) I'd prefer regifting the design, but if you want to resell it you may! I don't mind any changes made to the design as long as I'm credited as the original creator!
<3) You can only resell the design for what you've bought it for (do not inflate the price!) You may increase the price if the character has extra art like commissions or personal art.
<3) Change whatever you'd like about the character (as long as it respects my general T.O.S), but you should always credit me as the original designer!
<3) DO NOT alter my artwork without asking me first please. (However, it is TOTALLY okay to open the art in your program and add in a name/pronouns/text information on the reference.)
<3) Once the design is yours, it's YOURS feel free to gift it to your friend or sell it the next day if you feel like it! (However, I will not monitor 3-way trades, etc.)
<3) If you break my general T.O.S and/or my adopt T.O.S you will be publicly blacklisted and perma IP blocked.
