he can channel energy from the sun and the moon and use it as a weapon ( like creating a sword or another weapon or shooting an energy beam, etc. energy from the sun is stronger by default but is harder to channel and control ) but the power is limited and can only do so much. his power is stronger during solar eclipses and those are really rare anyways

personality-wise, nisshoku is a really glass-half-full energetic and sweet niku. although, he is bipolar so you may catch him at the wrong time and he'll end up snapping at you out of nowhere. you could be talking to him and next thing you know, hes sad sulking in a corner. thats just how he is
