Marie was born in France to a rich and wealthy family of business owners. Her family was strict her whole life and she was always put under high expectations as she was their only child. Marie had to grow up quickly and a lot of the things she liked, her parents never approved of as they wanted her to be just or more successful then they were.
She was very intelligent in school and was forced into university for business. Naturally, she was very good at it and was at the top of her class. After learning some other languages that her parents got her to know inside and out, she moved to the city and stayed there for a couple years to be a host for her parents as they couldn't be there.
Soon after the walls came down, she knew she had to spring into action and fight for her ideas of keeping people safe, unlike the 'love' she got as a child. With already being popular in the first place, it did not take long for her to bounce to the top.
