Vaiker is another OC that is from my Kutama race.

Clothing:Torn up graphic T-shirt if not that then no shirt, Dark tan shorts, leather bracelet,
Scars/tattoos/etc.: Scar at the base of his neck that travels down his chest, burns and lashes all over his back, Tattoo of the same plague mask on his shirt is on his back, his markings on his face show his hatred for religion,
Personality: Pretty relaxed but don't make him angry or he will go into a blind rage, bossy, protective, sadist, cunning, kleptomaniac(always pockets something on his walks), cleanly(besides like ripped clothing which is always clean( xD people just give him crap for his torn clothes like he is some slob or something.), extrovert, ambitious, neutral evil if he had an alignment, likes to live as a human,
Likes: Smoking, chilly nights, night time, sour candies and foods, going on long walks( can walk days at a time due to not running low on stamina.), likes to see people cringe at his clothing,
Dislikes: Daytime, going without a smoke, spicy foods, sweets,
Weapons: Long whip with iron casing around the tip, a large knife was used to kill him, short spear,
Spirit Scythe: He obtained a scythe after his first kill, the soul who is was captured in there is his little sister. (she was on her death bed in a lot of pain so he made an agreement with her that he would take the pain away and they could be together forever.) The scythe is able to move on it's own only a couple times per day because her power grows with his, though he's lived a long while he isn't as powerful he spends most of his time as a human roaming around.
Powers: Can plain shift(similar to a dimensional door), Dream walk- Can invade someone's dream and lure their soul to her pocket dimension and lock them there, Life shift- Can shift into any living thing, after about a week it takes two full days to charge back up to full power. Soul freeze- Can pause time or freeze a soul in place for a certain amount of time.
Skills: can sense someone's motives and feelings right away, he has a good diplomacy when it comes to people,
Abilities: Levitation when in normal form, Summon weapons- Can summon up to four different weapon types, Tail fury/Tail attack- Can attack or use tails to aid self, Kiss of death- can inflict a person with the Black plague but will only effect the target unless otherwise stated when casting,
neg-Abilities: Animals wary- No animal will like or befriend due to the corruption and evil running through a Kutama, Sleepless- Can't sleep or dream. Can meditate or go into a trance state, Child's fear- No child under the age of five will like or befriend a Kutama they can see through the Life shift,

Vaiker Backstory: ( kind of mature ish, pre-warning)
Vaiker was a victim of the Black Death other known as the Black Plague, though the plague doctor that treated him wasn't actually a doctor. He was a crazed man who thought the people with this illness were being put to light that they were evil creatures in hiding. He went around punishing anyone he could find, he ended up going to Vaikers family when they were found out to have it. First it was Vaikers parents who got it, but instead of being sent away as they should have the doctor made the two children stay with their ill contagious parents. When Vaiker starting showing signs the doctor went mad and began punishing him, his parents died a couple nights after his punishment started then when the doctor saw fit he cut through Vaikers throat down his chest gutting him like and animal. Once Vaiker was dead the doctor watched the sister closely until a day later she began to show signs, Vaiker at this point had already come in contact with the Goddess who offered revenge and had been debating. He was allowed to watch the world below him to keep an eye on his sister, then once the punishment started happening for her he went mad. He called upon the Goddess asking to free his sister from her prison of pain and suffering, she gladly obliged and told him all he needed to know about what he was going to become.
Once he made it down to earth he visited his sister who was startled at first but began sobbing for she wished to be with her family again, he took her soul with the scythe he was given and locked it in place so they wouldn't ever have to part. He then slowly took his revenge out on the Doctor inflicting him with the sickness and punishing him like he did to Vaikers whole family and any other the other people who he did this to. Once that was over vaiker decided to roam around, not only for himself but for his sister, she loved to sight see and she wanted to see the world. Whenever they have seen all they can they leave the human world for a bit and visit their realm adding things to it and containing people so they won't be parted, he cares more about making his sister happy than having power so his power level is around average or for them below average because most at the point in time end up consuming so much that they are all powerful. He is still super strong since he has existed for so long but not as strong as he could be.
