Partly Cloudy [Lapis Lazuli]

Partly Cloudy is the perma-fusion of two other lapis lazulis - Stormy and Sunny.

She's a realist, a good seamstress, and a rather sassy soul. She's really good at terraforming as well, and is excellent at performing her primary function.

Partly Cloudy is also an avid collector of plushies. Her hoard is big enough to rival that of a quartz's.

She's not particularly close to anyone, though she knows Doot  all right since they're coworkers,
