About

Though he may come off as cocky, Flint is one to take his job seriously. He diligently guards his Elder, taking long shifts to ward off possible intruders. If he encounters a lowly group, he likes to take fun in scaring them off, treating it as a sort of game. Otherwise, he takes no hesitation in threatening groups if they get too close. Outside of work, Flint has a more relaxed personality. He enjoys taking flights to the realms he rarely visits, the Vault's Starlight Desert being his favorite. He enjoys watching the other Skykids roam about and interact with one another, while he sits back, plays an instrument, and stargazes. If not the Starlight Desert, Flint does enjoy roaming the Forest, hiding away in the treehouses and away from the world.

Appearance

Flint is on the taller side compared to most Skykids, standing around 6'0". Usually, he wears a black witch hat, and a bright yellow uniform with black boots and a silver sword on his waist. He also tends to wear a black cape with fluff on its outer ends and collar. Flint has a darker skin tone, and wears the faceless mask. His hair is short, and very messy and shaggy. If not wearing his uniform, Flint likes to wear darker colors, typically black and darker blues. His favorite capes are all dark colors. He also has antlers, with bright glowing tips (If not wearing antlers, he will have a feather hair accessory). Regardless of the outfit, Flint always wears a Season of Flight necklace, to match Cure.

Backstory

For the majority of his childhood, Flint had a good life. He and his younger brother, Rhys, got along very well and often played and explored together. They knew none of the hardships of life, merely exploring the vast world and staying by each other's side. On what started as an average day, Rhys disappeared in the Wasteland, lost to the world. Flint was unable to find him, and eventually convinced himself to move and and continue his life alone. As he grew older, he promised himself he would one day find his lost sibling. He became more strict with himself, and became dedicated to his duties. Eventually, he landed a job as a guard to the Forest Elder. Over time, his position rose, and he now follows a strict, long schedule in order to keep the Elder protected. Rarely, he has leisure time which he uses to wander and watch for any suspicious Skykids. Years later, he is still searching for his lost brother.

Relationships

Rhys - Flint's younger brother. The two were very close growing up together, until Rhys became lost to the Wasteland. Years later, Flint narrowly avoided a krill's attack thanks to a mysterious savior, who turned out to be his lost brother. Though they now live far apart and have many barriers (including a language and travel barrier), the brothers are reuinted.

Cure - Flint's lover, who was kidnapped and murdered. He is helping her spirit to hunt down the killers and bring justice and ultimately peace to her soul.
