After her parents went on a mission and never returned when she was  only 4 years old, she grew up with her aunt Hikari. Kageri was an  average ninja without any special jutsu or impressive skills, but she  spent her time protecting the village whenever it was needed. When she  was 18, Kazekage sent her on a mission in Yukigakure but even after  returning home, she was not the same person as before. Kageri's eye  colour turned from green to grey and her face looked almost doll-like.  Hardly showing any emotions and not talking about the time in  Yukigakure, nobody knows what happened. But she returned stronger and  with a special skill. No longer an average ninja, Kageri is known for  her glass sand technique, combining the effectiveness of sand and the  strength of glass.

She's good in a long distance combat and when  fighting, she won't allow the enemy to come closer to her - her hand  combat skills are pretty weak (and her clothing is not made for close  combat).
