I can't reveal much as she is super important to SCARLET HARBOR, but I can tell you that she mostly lived in Russia for the majority of her life and she runs a defense contractor and military equipment manufacturer company called "Lagunov's Defense Ballistics", which has a subsidiarity called "Lagunov's Bounties" for bounty hunting

These companies of hers are operated out in international waters on a large artificial island, this way they don't have to operate under any government's eye
