Saudos may appear to be quite the ditzy woman, but she holds a high position of power for a reason! Working as a conductor to her fellow angels, she's developed a strong sense of leadership that's hard to criticize for how effective it is. But it's in her nature to be a sweet and bubbly person, so she's practically incapable of falling to negative emotions or outbursts. That's partly why she's Grim's caretaker, aside from the fact that her cherished Lady Megami created her to be so. A silent admirer to the Goddess, she'd do anything her Lady asks of her. Which isn't really that much in the first place, but still.
