Lord Majin (Hemorrhage)

Hemorrhage [was] a skilled marksman and diligent worker. Though displaying behavioral problems a bit unusual for a Mutant of his level of cognitive stability, Hemorrhage [was] able to get work done and cause little trouble for his superiors. Afterall, he [had] a lovely family to take care of, and certainly didn't want to risk any slip ups that could cost him their safety.

However, it [was] discovered that Hemorrhage [had] been reinfected with the plague. Before action could be taken to prevent an outbreak, Hemorrhage disappeared from DAH's radar. No outbreak has occurred, but locating him is of high importance.
