There was a council who decided to make a new species of holy beings who would be in charge of prophecies, sentinels who would defend starclan and other stuff. Moon was the only being made that actually managed to survive the trial, Ebonystar (The mom) was in charged of taking care of the "infants" But something went wrong during the trial, it was made during a moon eclipse which tinted the skies red and so, Moon instead of being made pure white was made tinted red. His eyes bore the color of the moon that night. Ebony vowed to help him be righteous but of course, cats looked at him and only saw that he resembled the dark forest cats. As he grew up, cats still bullied him, whispered and outright bullied him due to his odd colorings and creepy smile that would never leave his facial features no matter how much he tried to frown. There was an accident where Moon and a couple of cats were tasked with sending a prophecy. The cat who they were giving the prophecy too attacked Moon thinking he was a dark forest cat, the two cats just watched. When Moon knocked the cat off him, he got berated by one of the cats, Moon feeling absolute hatred for the years of him being belittled, attacked the tom leaving him scarred badly. When they returned the hunting grounds. The council decided to cast Moon out of Starclan and into the Dark Forest. It was a majority vote and his mother voted to kick him out. He fled through the portal before he could be thrown to the Dark Forest. He lives in his own small pocket of sky. Working to destroy Starclan
