Mei-hui Bi

A jade guardian, a powerful calm dragon. Mei lead the northern dragons and humans away from the great dragon war. To protect her people she has cast a power spell around the great mountains of jade. No one can see in and no knows what lays beyond the mountains. She lives a calm mediative life with the village and stands to this day to protect it in the Bamboo cloud garden.
