one of the lead members of the heavenly light brigade who was sent down to watch over angel due to her recent pact with the king of demons. 

instead they end up becoming roomies with angel and get closer than anticipated...

the conflict is that eventually michael will have to be forced to choose their job or the human they started to develop 'feelings' for. 

michael ends up taking a 'human form' at angel's request and vaguely bases it off of some posters angel had in their room of like utada hikaru etc etc etc

mostly because they assumed that angel wouldnt like it if they used her face instead
