19 was sold off to the government by her family as a forced experiment,, basically a bunch of greedy rich pieces I crap,, nobody ever cared about her or her well-being,,

Her sister was the only one that gave a crap but she was killed brutally INFRONT of her for attempted stealing of “property”

19 is treated more as an animal then as an actual part of the armed military,, usually locked up due to her sudden violent outbursts and distrust,, used as a forceful “bio-weapon”,, she can’t control her own thoughts,, I’d say she’s one of the early test subjects for a prototype of the thing that extends peoples lifetime??? Idk it’s hard to explain

Basically like a government weapon that was experimented a bit to much and tampered with,, something happened,, she has enhanced strength and speed,, deemed the title “EXECUTIONER” by the government as she was their way of eliminating specifically targeted people

I’d say she’s around 40
