- a young devalin raised within the chaos of Gozmashade's rule, Akkioda's parents had attempted to take an escape pod off the Arcs in attempt to live a better life elsewhere, but they were caught.
- in a skirmish, his mother shoved him into the pod and sent him off on his own, heading directly back to exoplanet Kynagoror - He was trapped within the vacuum of space for about 3 years in a tiny pod, reaching the age of 12 when the pod landed.
- upon finding himself still alone on a planet lacking other intelligent life, he went out on a rampage, drawing the attention of the Zemotan on the neighboring planet.
- Akki's relief in being found led to easily manipulation into the Zemotan's anger toward the Devalins ("You have been abandoned, same as us.")
- His sole purpose was to find Shade and discover his weaknesses, though he aimed higher and wanted to kill the damned Golden Boy of the Devalin, or at least hurt him
- With this in mind, he 'befriended' Nova with intentions to later kill him after finding out what he needed of Shade
- However, his false affections became legitimate with time, and he revealed the truth about himself to Nova- unsure what to do
- Hurt, Nova turned him away, leading Akki to attack Shade in his own devastation- and nearly succeeding at taking his life in doing so
- Nova is able to return and stop him, taking a fatal blow and quite nearly dying
- In penance, Akki remains close with Nova, continuing to struggle with the concepts of trust and miscommunication
