APPEARANCE
- Intimidating half human carrying a greataxe on her back. It's in bad condition.
- Hair is long, straight, thick, vivid red, and usually tied back from her face.
- Thin black eyes, strong jaw, lower set of fangs poke out of her mouth slightly, upturned nose creased between her brows.
- About 6'2", muscular, scarred dark skin. Pointed, slightly curved ears.
- Utilitarian style; Boots, cargo pants, tank tops, fur-lined jackets. Formalwear is not in her inventory nor on her radar.
- Not afraid of eye contact. Either unintentionally threatening or intentionally threatening at any given time, either speaks very quietly or yells. Not very expressive, rarely smiles, but won't hide when she rolls her eyes.
- Missing her right leg below the knee, has a wooden prosthetic in its place.

PERSONALITY
- Strong and silent type. Untalkative, serious, and blunt to the point of rudeness. Also she is just kind of mean<3
- Prefers being on her own and slow to trust. If she wants something done, she has to do it herself. Impatient and upfront about it.
- Assumes people either don't care about her or don't like her, feels similarly about others.
- Pragmatic and logical, though it's often not a kind logic; Ruthless, but more thoughtful and well-read than she seems.
- Doesn't pick fights without reason. Protecting herself is her priority. Will deny none of her actions, but will defend them.

HISTORY
Nott's father began his serial killing spree not long after she was born. Ambriel Killcrop, a monster and a lawman turned to mercenary work turned to worse, taught Nott and her older half-brother Luthor they'd need to defend themselves to survive. Nott was twelve when she and Luthor found his body parts strung up when the world had finally had enough of him.
By the time Nott was fifteen, Luthor had a wife – Kali, a sharpshooter and oracle – and a son, Justice, on the way. Kali was the only outsider who'd ever earned the trust and love of the Killcrop children, until she confessed she was a bounty hunter and had been tasked with finishing the bloodline. She'd abandoned the job after seeing good in them; Luthor proved her wrong that day. Nott wasn't fast enough to save her or their unborn child. She turned their father's axe against her brother and buried it with him.
On her own, Nott found work as an executioner until, a year in, another who knew her blood came seeking justice or revenge; Her sympathetic employer helped her leave, but Nott still needed work. Bounty hunting catered to her skillset. She kills who she's hired to kill. She knows any one of them could be her. She's ready to defend herself.

Her feelings became more complicated after what happened. How could she do that to her own family? But how could he do that to his?

The first and perhaps only person other than Ambriel to see good in them and to this day the most beautiful woman she's ever seen.

The bard she murdered by night on a quest to wipe her name from history. His insistence on forgiving her after he was revived is as annoying as the rest of him.

• What Kind of Monster is Killcrop? (Human/Modern AU)
Never proven a serial killer, Killcrop was arrested instead of murdered for what he did to Simon Iris, his former foster brother, the man who kidnapped Nott. The Killcrop children ran before they could be forced to testify. Kali is Iris's daughter – she survived Luthor's wrath thanks to Nott. Now Killcrop has been released, but she's not sure she should reunite with her father after she may have killed his son.
