Vynn is a woman of intrigue. A woman whose name invokes both admiration and fear among those who know her. Her sharp mind and cunning wit allow her to see through people’s intentions, while masking her own. This makes it easy for her to adapt and get ahead of any situation.

As someone who knows the power of fear, Vynn learned to use her charm as a tool to draw people close. Vynn's dark charisma emanates a captivating aura that draws people in, even if they sense a hint of danger. She understands that by appearing approachable and charming, she can gain the trust and loyalty of those around her. This proximity to others allows her to extract valuable information, build alliances, and control situations to her advantage. Yet beneath this facade of dark charm lies a vulnerability she carefully conceals.

Despite her skill at manipulating situations to her liking, Vynn yearns for at least one genuine connection and friendship. The struggle between her fearsome reputation and her desire for authenticity creates an internal conflict.  She longs for someone who can match her intellect and wit, someone with whom she can engage in thrilling challenges and be equally challenged by in return. She wanted something that would be a breath of fresh air in such a suffocating atmosphere.  Being the best and the top of everything, she feels lonely and detached from the world, and suspects that those who like her are enamored by her charm rather than the genuine knowing of her. Deep down, she wishes that there was someone who could match her and not just fall behind her like her shadow. Her hope for a genuine human connection is her last link to her humanity.

Vynn’s character lacks humanity due to her fearsome reputation, mastery of manipulation, and the charm she uses to mask her true self. The weight of being feared creates a psychological distance from others, while her skill in intrigue and manipulation fosters a detachment from genuine interactions. By concealing her vulnerabilities and emotions, she guards herself emotionally, preventing authentic connections. Her dark charisma draws people in but lead to superficial relationships, leaving her isolated. The instrumental use of trust for personal gain adds internal conflict, making it challenging for her to form sincere connections. Her interplay of fear, charm, and emotional detachment shows how she is striving to reconcile her desires for genuine connections with the necessity of maintaining her facade.

Later, in the story, she meets her exception to her detachment: Natasha. Despite Vynn's morally grey nature, she cares about Natasha deeply. She and Natasha both challenge each other, and are later seen as equals in their world. Vynn has always been detached from her emotions, and the world around her, but natasha natasha draws out emotions which Vynn couldn’t draw out herself. Natasha draws out Vynn’s humanity.

Natasha, with her more righteous demeanor, represents a contrasting moral standpoint, though her actions are not entirely pristine either. In the separation arc, when Vynn works with Erevos, her charm begins to fade, revealing her inhuman and parallel nature to Erevos. As Vynn goes on murdering sprees, killing thousands of her targets without any hesitation or remorse, the shift in her behavior seems abrupt even to natasha. However, this is her inherent nature. As she works with Erevos to save natasha (and ultimately becoming the antagonist), she pushes natasha away, leaving herself to feel isolated and alone again, but now without any sense of wishing or hoping for anything different. She chose it. She believes that this is what she has to do and be.

To Vynn, natasha, represents the humanity and hope that she herself doesnt have. While to Natasha, Vynn represents the morally grayness that natasha can’t fully commit to. This is not to imply that natasha is not a morally gray character; she is. This causes internal conflict inside of her while on the other hand Vynn accepts and embraces it. 

Vynn’s self-awareness makes her fully cognizant of her destructive tendencies, and she recognizes the destructive nature of her thought process. Despite this awareness, she is willing to be inhuman if it means preserving Natasha’s humanity. She wants natasha to keep her humanity so she doesn’t end up like her: detached, alone, and desolate.
