These icy scaled dragons have rather grown dependent on the cold ethers of water. They live in frigid, icy climates like the mountaintops, snowy plains and caves like Rinanwa or Miyushu. Unlike other dragons, they are slightly smaller in comparison to normal sized dragons, and have a tendency to fly and travel alone than travel in packs or herds when they have grown to their adult years. PersonalitySpoiled | Delicate | Secretive | Curious | Reserved | High Minded | Proper | CautiousXue Hua is a rather curious individual, who would like to learn about the outside world around her as most of her life, for the dragoness was oblivious to the world around her and never knew the harsh environment of society, as she was brought up in a good family who protected her. But because of her sheltered life, Xue-Hua is considered a spoiled child and loves the attention and affection that others gave to her. However coming from a noble family, she disliked the fact she was so dependent on others, and compared with the others, so very weak. The dragon was only able to find pride in her clan but unable to live up to her family’s expectations as they gave up on her and could not expect much out of her. The dragoness has an inferior complex; from a young age she constantly compared herself to her brother and other family members, feeling rather inferior in abilities and physic comparison. The dragoness dislikes feeling exposed and vulnerable because of her physically ill state. So she has a tendency to not speak her inner thoughts and hide her own inadequacies and weakness from others in fear they’d look down on her and even pity her. She ended up distancing herself from the one she loves appearing rather secretive at times for she wouldn’t want them to worry further about her. But doing this, she doesn’t share her deepest inner thoughts and feelings with others, not wanting to be seen as weak and helpless. HistoryXue Hua is a daughter of a noble family of dragons born in Rinanwa. She was once considered one of the heirs of the clan until her brother and her many cousins were born. However when she was born as a hatchling, her body was frail and unable to withstand the extreme cold weather of the snowy mountain tops where the snow never ceased. As a young dragoness, she was mostly kept inside their large home which resided in the mountains of Rinanwa. And the elders of her clan deemed Xue Hua not capable of leading the clan compared to her other more capable family members because she was ill and had a fragile body.Xue Hua was sheltered from the outside world, being taken care of by various members of her dragon clan as she was sick in bed, not able to use her magic effectively as it seemed she had little control of using ethers when she was young, freezing her own surroundings and unintentionally harming others around her and even herself. Unlike the others, she is still unable to transform into her full dragon form. After years of constant care and love from her parents and caretakers, she grew healthier. But it wasn’t until her later years when she became a young adult she was able to roam about and venture outside. However unlike the others in her clan, she was considered the weakest among their kin. Her abilities were not as physically strong as the others even though she tried to make up the lack of her abilities by studying about ethers and their magical properties and managed to control them and use them. But she wanted to prove her clan elders wrong and show that she was capable to travel alone and take care of herself, being independent. Stats: 120
AbilitiesIce Shards (Colga Corle): Because of her family’s traits of being Snow Dragons, Xue-Hua is able to use a Water Ethers to create ice. Utilizing the water particles found around her, she can make ice shards by raising the temperature around her and freezing the lingering water atoms. Usually these shards will form around the dragoness in the air, before being used offensively or defensively.
Basic Healing: Utilizing the properties of water ethers, Xue Hua is able to numb the pain of injuries with her ice abilities, basically leaving a frost bite or a thin coat of ice on the injury. And clean wounds with pure water, removing impurities that usually found in wounds. This is mostly used to take care of herself when she is sickly or injured. She typically does not use healing on others, as she may accidentally damage or freeze others, inflicting harm on the recipient Shapeshifting: Xue Hua is able to shift into 2 forms
