West

West is a wandering shaman that speaks with lost souls, whether they are living or dead. There are guidelines to her morals, however; those that seek her for counseling must be tested for spiritual worth, which determines who she wishes to aid and who she shuns away. Two brown wings are attached at her lower back, close to the hip.

[ Personality ] Authoritative and strict, her deeper voice radiates intensity. Easily angered by mishaps and mistakes.

[ Lore ] In her previous life, West was blind. She worked as a fraud fortune teller in a circus booth, where she promised victims connections to their futures. When she is caught out of her act as a sage one day, she is forced to flee, blindly stumbling into an accident and her ultimate death. The acts of thievery, both monetary and emotional, that she committed on the innocent landed her in hell.

Centuries later, freed from hell and reborn into an already existing body, West's newly acquired vessel grants her vision she did not have before. Her experience with the otherworld and the history of her previous profession spark a true connection between her sinned soul and spirits, and she adopts a new role as a shaman to redeem her life.
