ORIGIN

Windblume, a flower those who knows not of what it looks like, yet still love. Not only is it a floating flower amongst the winds, but also the rebellion. The codeword, Windblume was used against Decarabian. Although, there is another story regarding the beautiful word and it's origins. After the fall of Decarabian, a small CatSpirit who participated in the war, alongside the Windspirit, Nameless Bard and Red-Haired Warrior, was chosen. Under the last dying tree in the destroyed battle land, a single Windblume flower sprouted. It is said, that the little CatSpirit, injured by the rebellion, used the last of her strength and power to revive the tree, from under the soft petals of the rare flower. It was there, she was granted a second life from Celestia. She was revived, in the form of a human, adorning soft cat ears and tail. Feathered wings also framed her small body. Under a new name and appearance, the CatSpirit brought new life to the battle scarred land. People from many backgrounds joined her, and built up a new city. Lumeria, the City of Life. These people worshiped the CatSpirit, who went under the name, WindBlume.

The City of Life, Lumeria was a built upon a bustling community and travelers who planted their roots and settled down. Despite being fairly large, it didn't compare to its neighboring city, Mondstadt, ruled under the former WindSpirit, Barbatos. Despite the cities being neighbours and so close, never once did they have any issues. They relied on each other. The City of Freedom and Life. Lumeria was often bustling with many merchants and travelers. It was surrounded by beautiful sceneries and mountains, flowers of all kinds decorating the streets and homes. This is where life thrived. It was a safe place for those of many, and worshipped the second Anemo Archon, Windblume. Festivities were always bustling, offerings to Windblume often left at her statue the city folk had built for her. Despite other Archons, Windblume often made appearances. She was considered the livliest and most caring Archon amongst the many.

Despite being a peaceful city, it's downfall was inevitable. No one knows truly of what had happened to the once lively city, but as quick as it was built up, it was torn down. Now known as a distant legend, Lumeria is rarely spoken of. Most people believe it was a simple legend, much like the Windblume flower. The only evidence of it ever existing is the ruins, although they have also been lost to nature. After the events of her beloved city falling, Windblume had also vanished, disappeared without a trace. Much like the soft dandelion seeds in the breeze, Lumeria's surviving folk had taken shelter at Mondstadt, slowly healing after the fall and beginning life anew. Those who had survived slowly passed as years progressed, and their stories faded along with them. After witnessing the lost of the neighboring city and their beloved Archon, Barbatos grieved and took those who were injured under his wings. As a way to celebrate and remember the lively city and Archon, he created the Windblume Festival on the anniversary of Lumeria's downfall. He celebrated the festial with different activities, flowers of plenty, and romance. Although, the original meaning for the lively festival was forgotten to time.

NOW

After many silent years, Windblume had awoken and returned to the land of Mondstadt. Although, pained with her past, she hid her Archon identity. She had renamed herself Cecilia, in memory to her city which was decorated in Cecilia's of plenty, and a certain Archon's favourite flower. She hid her feathery wings, Archon outfit and true abilities. She had decorated a crystal to resemble an Anemo vision, adorning it on her corset. Returning to the City of Freedom, she took on this fake identity and began to live her life. She began working under Diluc at Dawn Winery and Angel's Share, as a waitress. Despite working for the successful alcohol industry, she prefers non-alcoholic beverages, and will only consume them moderately if she's celebrating an important date. Cecilia is also a part of the Adventurer's Guild, and often takes commissions in her free time. This allows her to adventure the lands of Mondstadt and stretch her true Anemo abilities without anyone noticing or questioning her. After settling in with her fake identity, Cecilia was reunited with the one she was most close to. As she visited Barbatos's statue in front of the Church with a small offering of Cecilia's and Dandelion Wine, she had finally seen him. A young looking bard, clad in green's and gold, playing a soft and calming tune on his lyre. A small crowd had surrounded him, listening to his stories in the form of songs. As his song slowly came to an end, he turned his head, and thats when their eyes met for the first time after many long years.
