Cannot be transferred for any reason.

RubySol Global Rules
General:
- Cannot be traced/copied/stolen at all.
- Do not make any negative or degrading comments about characters, but constructive criticism is welcome.
- If there are any issue with the TH "listing" please message me.
For characters owned by me:
- Must link me to any art you draw (if adopted characters please mention original designers as well where possible).
- Cannot be used without my express written permission.
For characters designed by me:
- Cannot be used commercially at all.
- Must credit RubySol on TH/DA as the designer when the character is drawn/written for.
- Designs cannot be transferred into a Closed/Open Species without my permission.
Blacklist:
- Pupsiin: Harassment and breaking of TOS.
- Oki: Breaking of TOS and joining CS with the express purpose of redesigning them out of the species.
