- by owning one of my designs, you automatically agree to the terms of service (design tos) reffered to in the link below.

★ most important pieces from my TOS ★
☆ you may trade/sell/gift the design for whatever you'd like (within reason)
- price gouging or unreasonable pricing on designs you receieved for free will earn you a spot on my blacklist
☆ you may NOT resell designs recieved for free (giveaways,freebies,artfight,gifts,raffles)
- you may resell them ONCE you have purchased art, you may only resale them for the price of what you've actually spent on them
☆ you may edit your design as long as you abide by the other rules listed here. (i.e add accessories/change species/gender)
-  as long as the design is not unrecogniseable from the original design, i must still always be credited despite changes.
☆ DO NOT make simillar designs/breed them (i.e sibling designs, offspring/children etc.)
- of course your character may have siblings/children, but i ask that you do not 'use' the design i made to create these, they must be fully their own design and not frankenstiened copies.
☆ you may make merchandise of my designs (that you own) as long as you dont claim to have created the design)
-  i.e (pins/plushies/fursuits/stickers/etc) , i only ask for a commercial usage payment if you're using my artwork directly to create these.
☆ do NOT apply your own rules to my designs, or use them to create hate/zoo/feral content.
-  i.e (tradeback agreements, forcing users to notify you, adding other rules regarding the design itself etc)
☆ you may draw over my artwork to edit your design, as long as it is MINOR edits only. YOU MUST keep the original image in the characters toyhouse and it may not be deleted or edited/reuploaded over (you can hide it)
-  large edits to my artwork are NOT allowed, dont frankenstien or trace my art/use it as a base.  if you need to do larger edits/redesigns please MAKE YOUR OWN REF/ART FOR IT, AND NOT DRAW ONTOP OF MINE.

★ blacklist ★
☆ users who are blacklisted cannot receive any of my designs, by any means (buying directly/second hand or getting another user to purchase for them)
- you may not sell/trade/gift any of my designs to a blacklisted user
☆ users on my blacklist are still allowed to use any previous p2u bases they've previously purchased, and still use designs/art they owned before the blacklist
-they're just not allowed to use/purchase new bases,designs or art from me.
☆ i often only blacklist for reasons that have made me extremely uncomfortable, therefore these are permanant and un-disputable unless i choose to remove you myself.
