IF YOU PURCHASE AN ADOPT FROM ME AND I AM DRAWING EXTRA ART FOR IT, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TRADE, RESELL, OR GIFT UNTIL IT IS COMPLETED.

No commercial usage, please contact me before using it for commercial usage (vtubing, merch, etc.) You may need to prepare to pay a fee.

Please do not resell if it was a raffle unless it has extra art you yourself commissioned or done personally. No loopholes.

Please do not sell if it was a trade unless you have commissioned art of them personally.

Please do not sell for more than the original price if you did not commission art of them.

Always credit me as the original designer

If there is noticeable inflation on the resell, I will warn you.

No refunds. No exceptions. Once you buy an adopt or trade for it: I will not refund you. Any attempts to chargeback means I have the right to revoke the design and resell it to someone else because that means you returned it to me. Think about real life situations here.

Breaking any of these rules risks you going on a blacklist for  my designs. Also remember that any adopt I sell to you are NON REFUNDABLE.
