Personality: 

Sweet and gullible Muscat has a big heart and wears his emotions on his sleeves. He loves being around others and offering help whenever he can often times going above and beyond for those he meets a natural friendly sort he always offers a smile and an ear when others need it. He tends to come off as a bit much at times but telling him to relax is an easy fix he is rather eccentric as well due to his manner of speaking but also the fact he enjoys the most random of things and is eager to share them with others. He is very gullible believing those that are kind to him at the drop of a dime having very little self preservation if there is danger. He however despite his eccentric and rather awkward nature is very very caring for those around him and even if its just meeting someone or a chu he has known all his life he will greet them with all the comfort and joy in his heart. And will do his best to help them smile even if his way of doing it might not be that easy to understand.

Small Design Tidbits:

Has a prosthetic leg and arm, sustained many injuries and burns from a run in with a rampaging group of Pyroar that someone sent after him.

Speaks in one word sentences. like "Hi." "Pretty." etc

Likes to chew on things when he is excited (that probably includes any partner he might get in the future so watch out he doesnt bite hard though lol)

Floats upside down often and tends to hang upside with his tail and swing down to greet folks not realizing its rather jumpscare like.

Most of his teeth are broken but it doesn't affect how he eats.

Loves to cuddle and is very keen on following others around especially those he is very close with will float after them.

Can make a purring like noise when contented it can get pretty loud.

Loves to collect trash basically like scraps of metal, random leaves, pieces of string etc. The best gift for Muscat is often times junk lol

Writes a lot better than he talks sometimes if he needs to convey a longer message will write it out and hold it up like a sign. 

Has a rather deep voice for what he looks like is also slightly shorter than average.

Has a bag under his eye due to not sleeping properly he is normally too wired to stay asleep for long but doesnt struggle with being tired its like he is a ball of energy.
