Design Terms of Use
Adopts and Customs can not be sold for more than you paid for unless art has been added. EG, If you pay $15, you can't sell them for more than $15. If they are reecieved via trade, respect the worth of the character or art you traded for (I aint gonna devalue it, you traded for it sso it has value) Any character received via raffles and freebies and only be given for free unless art is added on. They can not be traded, they can not be sold, they can not be for offers unless art is added on. You are permitted to redesign the oc within reason as long as they are still recognisable as my original design and not a completely different character. Giving the character a different form, hair or outfit does not count as a redesign. Once you have received the character, there is a *1 WEEK* cooldown time you must abide to unless you want to be blocked from getting a character or custom directly from me. This does not apply to you if you are getting them as a gift for someone else, the cooldown then applies to them. ADD ON AS OF 13/02/2023(February 13th) : If you break my terms of service regarding an oc, and it's provable (example: trading or selling an oc you got for free/raffle prize), then the OC/s traded or sold will be void and I withdraw the permissions granted by copyright on the character and reclaim the design for me to use as I see fit (meaning being readopted, redesigned or kept by me)
AS OF MARCH 11TH 2024, I NO LONGER CARE WHAT YOU DO WITH MY DESIGNS AND ART AS LONG AS YOU DON'T GIVE IT TO SOMEONE ON MY BLACKLIST AND DON'T PROFIT OFF OF MY ART COMMERCIALLY (UNLESS TOLD OTHERWISE)
I have too many designs I've made to keep up with them all and I no longer participate in the community like I used to so really I don't care anymore.
- !!BLACKLIST!! These users are blacklisted from owning my designs or getting art from me of their characters either as a gift or whatever. They're banned from any and all of my content or adopts no matter the species etc. PastelRave Hazel on discord/PastelRave Hazel on here and any other associated names- tracing, arguing and trying to use a friendship statues with someone else as a one up to get their way. Deximiny - offering on an oc I literally just got and then having the gaul to be rude and flip it after I said no. There is also a threat of them being resold since they are apparently friends with the OG artist. DawnFawn/ReyaMeow/AutumnCattoo and any other associated names on here, discord and instagram - tracing a species ref and arguing about it, previouse event with not taking no for an answer and still doing the art and getting me blacklisted from others by making me look like a scammer when they are the one that didn't listen and carried on. Guro.kit_ and any other associated names on here, discord and Instagram - Accepting my offer on their adopt, sending the adopt over, waiting 3 days then accepting someone else's offer and taking their adopt back after not completing their side of the original offer. Pretty much using my OC to offer on someone else's. Claimed not making many adopts as an excuse. The adopt already had art on the way and story etc but they did not care, the adopt was even in my toyhouse. LeftEarth/AngelBruises/SinfulSnakeBites/PuffBunniCreationz/RufleBun/CriBaby/Blugal15/Bluguy3/x_xretro.cadex_x/Willow/Kay/Koda/Tokyo and any other associated names as well as their partner and anyone else in their account/s on here, Instagram and on discord - Breaking terms of services regarding raffle prizes. Traded/sold a raffle prize for profit without adding onto the character. Also broke their own rule of trading back ocs, not notifying me of the character being traded or ufo.
