Raven is a very old creature who has been around for centuries. It is not clear what she actually is, some refer to her as being a demon and others think she's part of the higher world or underworld. Raven actually doesn't know what she is either, however she can be observed by both the physical and spiritual realms and she can interact with them both as well.

She was given to Sho when she was a very young pup for him to train up to be his servant. Raven was treated very harshly, he used fear to control her and when the atmosphere changed he would attack her. 

Now she is free she does not understand how to control all of her emotions. Being free she starts experiencing emotions she had never felt before or had never been allowed to feel before. Alone she started to become horrendously overwhelmed by everything and it messes with her a lot. 

Azure finds her alone looking slightly crazy from not knowing how to feel so he entices her back to Antonella. As soon as Antonella saw her she asserted herself as her boss and Raven instantly took to that. She ends up relying on Antonella a lot to help her control her feelings and emotions, although Antonella doesn't realise this. She works under Antonella doing the dirty work and attacking anyone who comes onto her estate.

Antonella ends up becoming fed up with her since she's quite erratic at times and ends up giving her to the assassin group to deal with.
