139- Deer Man's Ownership

Design T.O.S.

• This is for designs MADE by ME: CandyCrystalz on Instagram / @ValkyrieCandy on Discord / CandyCrystalz (storage account) or Valkyrn (main account) on ToyHouse.

This does NOT include designs made on doll makers or generated characters. App-mades. Or other people’s designs. That’s NOT okay and bothers me a lot when people do that.

Rules:

• One: Do NOT steal it, claim it as your own; even if you give it a re-design, if it’s based off my design at all, it’s to be kept under my designer credentials (this excludes the re-design designer credentials, but if it’s a re-design of my character, keep it under my design)

• Two: Do NOT use my design for commercial use. If you would like to, please direct message me or contact me in some way, I have the right to decline if I see fit, but I’m willing to have a conversation about it. If I reject your inquiry, it’s final.

• Three: Redesigning my design is OKAY, but don’t make it unrecognizable, and please notify me beforehand. Please refer back to rule number One for more information.

• Four: Do NOT re-sell my design for more than you got it for, UNLESS additional art is added on (this can be paid art or your own art) but still be conscious of how hard you worked on that piece, and do not overprice it.

I.E. you got one of my designs for $15 and you’re re-selling it for $25 with an added poorly drawn sketch. That’s NOT okay.

• Refusing to agree to my terms will result in a blacklist.

• If you do any of the above you will receive a warning, you have a total of 3 warnings, as I want to give people another chance, and if you do not fix your mistake the design will be revoked/banned from selling/trading/re-gifting unless given back. I will politely request for it to be transferred back to me, with or without a refund.

• You will be blacklisted if you gain 3 warnings.

• Rules and Design T.O.S. are subject to change at any time, but changes will not be drastic.
