-Loki-

Loki Todoroki is a "creation" of sorts. He was supposed to be a more humanoid nomu, but instead mixed with the whole human, he's only mixed with just their DNA. In this case, it's a mix of Izuku's, Todoroki's and Kaminari's DNA. He was supposed to be more Todoroki gene based, and or a DNA copy of Izuku's(to try and duplicate his DNA for his quirk somehow) but he got most of Denki's DNA instead. He was more or less turned into a robot for his quirk. Loki was at first used for hacking and downloading things from hero's machines, computers, etc. After getting caught, he couldn't confess because of programming, but instead told them that he was hurting (a code word he used for help). After they took his DNA they discovered the mix of DNA and called all three students as well as the teachers in. Poor Loki was terrified, but was able to talk to the three students he knew was what made him. They talked to him, him talking like a scared child, and Izuku realized what he was supposed to be and why he couldn't say anything. If Loki did, his programming would attack him and probably destroy him from the inside out. The thing he DID tell them though, was there were other people like him and they needed help. He meant his "brother" Ito Todoroki, Shinichi Akatsuki (who had been given to a villain's family, Aka Riley Fauner and his new wife) and Odayaka Akatsuki (Shinichi's adopted brother). Giving the names weren't a problem, but it just told them who's DNA was supposed to be the base of their creation. Ito and Loki was supposed to be Todoroki (even if Loki got more of Denki's) and the two Akatsuki's were Katsuki Bakugou (just renamed to fit the Akatsuki family.) The way the DNA was retrieved was Toga snuck into the school and just simply took DNA as Recovery Girl.
