PLEASE READ THESE BEFORE TAKING A DESIGN FROM ME. I WILL ASSUME YOU HAVE READ MY RULES OVER UPON TAKING ON ONE OF MY DESIGNS.

+ if i trade or gift you a design, do not resell it. you can, however, regift or retrade it if you so wish to. you can add a price tag IF you've bought things for the design via commission.

+ all of my designs that have been bought, traded, etc can be commercially used. this includes putting the design into stories, making merchandise with the design, using the oc to advertise yourself, etc. 

^^ to add to the point above: do not use the art i've made for the design youve acquired for commercial use. you can use it for yourself [i.e. making stickers or pins for personal use], but do not use my work for your merchandise.

+ if you buy a design from me and wish to resell it, do not make the price higher than it previously was UNLESS you've paid for extra. you can, however, lower the price than what it was originally bought at if you so choose.

+ you're allowed to redesign any adopts or designs you get from me so long as you don't erase certain, integral details that may be offensive to change (ex: turning a black character white, removing the top scars off of a character, etc). if you want to clarify what you can and can't change on a design you can always dm me. i know i cant force you to not do these things but for my own comfort please don't. you'll be blacklisted and blocked.

+ lastly: i do not approve of my designs and/or work being used for anything crypto-related or NFTs. i also do not approve of my art for AI use -- keep away from my work if you affiliate with any of these things.
