A heavily mutated Salmonoid, Morae was cast out by his more feral fish counterparts, and tentatively made his way towards inkopolis. He lives on the edge of the shoreline, in a small, rusted shack he built himself. He makes his own weapons for 'turf war', similar to those built by other salmonoids. He would love to pilot his own Steel Eel one day, and builds one as best he can, in hopes that one day he could ride it around inkopolis, showing off the skill of his species.
