Laventhus Nagaelythe, also known as the Lord of Lies, is an advisor to the court of the Naga Oligarchy. He's kind of the Jafar of Nagas, actually.
He is the naga equivalent of cis male, het aro. He covets only the idea of power.
He comes from a wealthy family, but due to him never seeing any for himself aside from what is used to maintain his lifestyle, he believes he is owed more in life.
He uses rumors and chatter to his advantage, to get opponents off his track to wealth and fortune.
He can sort of use his dreads as extra appendages. They glow, and function sort of like the light of an anglerfish (or the snake staff of Jafar, whatever).
He uses them to draw in his victims, and poisons their minds with lies, rumors, and whatever else he wants them to believe.
He's bordering between Lawful Evil and Neutral Evil.
