tiny man!!! His cloak is to keep himself warm, since he's so small he can easily freeze even in average tempts. To warm up, he simply goes into a "loaf" mode similar to a reg cat. His spots can be drawn as circles, stars, or hearts! You can mix if you desire also. This also goes for eyebrows, though his cloak and ears are always starred!
