Preeko are a race of creatures that observe the dominant species of their world and learn from them in the event that species is wiped out,they will replace them

They were made by the goddess of creation,as a backup if ever furries were wiped out that the earth would not be barren instead having new guardians to continue the legacy of her creation

She sealed them into the deep cracks of the earth where they have slumbered for billions of years watching the world progress from a dream-like state observing it's life.

After the creative work was done the goddess retired to the heavens

Leaving the earth alone for the most part

Unfortunately due to a fracking incident a huge fissure formed releasing the creatures before their time

Now they live among the furries of the world learning to adapt,grow and build their own civilizations on the surface

Roles

Each preeko has a role,either assigned by the goddess or given by circumstance, others of their kind or themselves

For example some are responsible for natural roles such as caring for and maintaining nature

others may evil in nature in order to give the world balance,they may be destructive,or very well abandon their role

Some may have societal roles

Like being a ruler, assistant, professor,historian

And various other things

They are most happy when they feel useful in some way

Some retaining faith in the goddess,others realising the goddess has abandoned them

Biology

These creatures most commonly have avian traits such as feathers,wings,scaled feet and beaks almost all of them have at least one of these traits

The goddess made them this way incase her mostly flightless 'furries' failed

These creatures were made partially in the likeness of the furries

So they can hybridize with almost any breed of anthro animal (not feral)

Preeko are monotremes

Mammals that Lay eggs

However they do not lactate

(The original design was to have them do so but over time the goddess simply made them able to chew food at birth

To ensure her backup would not be too vulnerable as young,some have nipples as a left over from when they used to)

All preeko are naturally hermaphrodites

They are both physically male and female

As a result gender doesn't really exist to them as they are all the same sex

However some may be masculine or feminine and use gendered pronouns

A trait they learned from furries

They are mostly bipedal and can stand from a height anywhere between

"4'10 - 6'0" rarely some can be slightly taller.

Speech

They communicate in chirps and whistles

Though they are capable of speaking any earth language if they care to learn it

Some may also have the innate ability to speak with animals and detect emotions strongly

They are intelligent and emotional creatures much like whom they were created to replace

Most preeko belong to one or two elements

This generally doesn't have to affect appearance only abilities

Rarity

There are different rarities of creatures

Common 

Easily obtainable,many oc's will fit this category, they're usually more basic in design and don't have specific special abilities or a high role in society

A perfect baseline acceptable character

Uncommon

A step up from common they may have a special power that sets them apart

Or a somewhat high society role

There are fewer of these

Rare

They will usually sport more complex designs and have one or more unique abilities,they have high roles in society if they wish and are very powerful entities

Almost unlimited in potential about as good as it gets

Sub-royal

Directly under a royal in status

They serve important roles in their kingdom or society,they are generally gifted some of the respective rulers power as a result they can have enhanced abilities and even dabble in elements other than their own

Royal

The most powerful of all creatures

Royals honed their abilities to seize and control a kingdom or civilization

They can connect and control elements other than their own, though not as well as their own

There are no holds barred in terms of their appearance they can sport Incredibly elaborate feathers,horns and spikes

Multiple heads,limbs,eyes,tails and wings

They are often mind-blowingly complex or delightfully simple.

Special

Specials are a category of creature

Specifically obtained through a hosted event

Holiday adopts and customs,raffles,giveaways and special occasions their designs generally most resemble rares and sub-royals but have no restrictions as to what they entail.

So how do you get one?

Well as the species is new and not fully defined they are currently closed

However they are available through

Customs,adopts and upcoming raffles!
