What is a design? A character design, also known as an adoptable, is a singular image depicting a design of any species. It may be used as an OC for roleplay, or simply to collect art of.

-Designs may not be bought with the sole purpose of reselling, and should not be sold right away. Giving characters away as gifts is fine though.

-The buyer may resell purchased designs both onsite and offsite for whatever price they please if they have additional artwork with said design, however, note the above rule. Don't resell for a drastic price above what you got it for with no additional artwork.

-Don't claim my design as yours. Credits needed always.

-The buyer may make any kind of alteration to the design, however, no matter the changes, I will remain the creator of the design. [Redesigns are more than okay!]

-The buyer may not make the design into any kind of closed or open species. [If you'd like to, however, please ask me]

-As the producer of the design, I reserve the right to repost and publish artwork to promote myself, to display where I like and to post wherever I like.

-Designs that have been awarded for free may not be resold for IRL currency and can only be traded for other characters, unless the buyer has purchased artwork for the design in question, then it may be resold only for the value of the art purchased for it.

-Purchased designs may be used personally in the form of /personal/ stickers and badges. Commercially used designs have a Commercial Use price, and if a user has paid for a commercial use price, they can use it commercially then.

-If you resell a design purchased from me you may not attach your own terms to the design.

It's your responsibility as a holder of my designs to keep yourself updated and in compliance with my rules/TOS, which are subject to change at any time. Purchasing/claiming my designs in the first place means that you accept this term.
