Geoff is a simple miqo'te. All he wanted was approval from his parents, whom marginally favored his sister over him. Yet it all changed when he entered the Gladiator's Guild hoping to win the Ul Cup Tournament money, only to eventually be recruited by the scions and discover his unexpected penchant for adventuring. Although at the start, he mostly thought of it as a job, he eventually grew to enjoy his escapades and the allies he made along the way.
