Athena Valkyrie

Personality: Athena is a quiet girl. Despite what blood flows through her veins she doesn't really exhibit aggression or dominance like most of the members of her species. Playful and tame she honestly likes to just have fun when she can. Her job is a serious one saving lives as a paramedic is always serious businesses, to counter this she only wants to play and have fun at home. She does have a tendency to be lazy as a result of this. Athena is quite a geek she's one of the few attractive girls who attends conventions like the rest of gaming community. If she's not doing something out and about she'll be at home gaming 7 out of 10 times. Despite being lazy she does manage to get all the housework done during the week and loves shopping even if it's for just groceries. Athena also is quite a lover of showers, baths and just generally being wet at least in private, liking to curl up with a nice book (Not in the water) in the bath. She also rather like physical intimacy mostly in the form of hugs or simply body contact. 

Likes: Cuddles, baths, showers, hugs, gaming, her job, flying, shopping, sleeping, being lazy, exercising to a degree

Dislikes, Violence, criminals, racism, work (house), doing taxes, talking about boring subjects, too many people around (small amount of social anxiety) 

Backstory: Athena was born in Switzerland hailing from its capital city of Bern to her two werebat mothers¹. This made Athena a more rare breed of being a pureblooded werebat. All this did was give her a degree of social status withing werebat circles but this honestly rarely affected Athena in adult life. Her mothers gave her a wonderful start in life, allowing the young girl to go to a good Swiss school and become well educated. 

She decided to travel when she was 19 and see the world, travelling to the 6 out of 7 continents around the world taking it in backpacking around the world over the course of the next 2 years eventually however she found a place she fell in love with as she travelled, that famous city being New York².  She settled down in the famous city with the help of her rather insistent mothers to accept some of their money to help her settle down into the city once she'd managed to move there. 

A few months later after saving a random rhino's life by helping him until paramedics arrived she decided she wanted to do that while working as a waitress to pay her bills Athena became a qualified paramedic and joined the 11th Precinct³ of the FDNY (The Fire department of New York) and has been working this job since then which now has been 3 years making her rather experienced in saving lives, she hopes one day to settle down with a mate to make her life complete.

She also loves to attend conventions of gaming and other geek/nerd things as she is happy to quite geek out.

1: from what the creator says (subject to change) werebats are a female only race, most werebats are wholly female however quite a few are Futari which allows for whole werebat couplings. Normally they mate with other species and take aspects from the father.

2: New York is a placeholder and can be changed to suit the RP, so don't really hold it in too much of her canon.
